大型建筑企业经营环境的不断变化和战略管理理论与实践的蓬勃发展,为我们研究大型建筑企业的财务战略管理开启了一个视角。本文以大型建筑企业战略性的财务活动为研究对象,分析了当前我国大型建筑企业财务核算的特点和企业财务分析的特殊性,并借鉴国内外大型建筑企业的财务战略管理经验,探讨在财务环境变化的条件下如何制定、实施和评价相应的财务战略,以更好地支持企业总体战略。
The ever-changing business environment of large-scale construction enterprises and the vigorous development of the theory and practice of strategic management have opened a new perspective for us to study the financial strategic management of large-scale construction enterprises. In this paper, the strategic financial activities of large-scale construction enterprises as the research object, analyzes the characteristics of the current financial accounting of large-scale construction enterprises in China and the particularity of financial analysis of enterprises, and draws lessons from the financial strategy management experience of large construction enterprises at home and abroad to explore the financial environment How to formulate, implement and evaluate the corresponding financial strategy under changing conditions to better support the overall corporate strategy.
