随着我国经济的发展社会的进步,人民生活水平不断的提高,对自身生活环境的要求也越来越高。顺应人民的需求,我国的建筑工程也在迅速的发展着,但任何工程建设工作都是以科学的管理为条件的,只有在科学的管理基础上才能使工程建设建筑的发展越来越好。在建筑工程中也是一样,只有实现建筑工程的良好工程现场管理才能使建设工作做到越来越好,越来越符合人民的要求,同时给国家、社会和人民带来重大的经济利益。在建筑工程现场管理中,重要的是做好现场施工的控制和管理,做好这部分的管理对控制建筑项目的整体进度以及质量等都有着重要意义。
