高等院校学生党支部的任务主要包括发展学生党员和指导团总支工作两个方面。党支部的建设和学生团支部的建设密切相关,二者存在着相辅相成的关系。本文从党支部搭建团组织框架是指导共青团组织的基础,通过指导团组织活动来锻炼团组织的工作能力,通过党课、团课提高团员综合素质,做好团组织的“推优”工作,建立党员责任区个更好的落实以党建带团建的工作,充分发挥学生党员、积极分子的带头作用等方面入手,来通过党建有效地促进团建,以促进学生素质的全面提高。
The tasks of the student party branch of higher education mainly include the following two aspects: developing the student party members and guiding the general branch work of the mission. The construction of the party branch and the student league branch are closely related to each other, and there exists a mutually reinforcing relationship between the two. This paper builds the CYL framework from the party branch, which is the basis for guiding the CYL organization.
