用原位杂交组织化学法研究了臂旁核内生长抑素mRNA阳性神经细胞的分布。生长抑素mRNA阳性细胞主要位于臂旁核中段的臂旁外侧核、臂旁内侧核、背侧臂旁区和臂旁核间质部,以臂旁外侧核内数量最多。生长抑素mRNA阳性神经细胞为梭形和椭圆形,直径约7~20μm。胞质内均有强度不等的蓝色杂交反应物。结果表明生长抑素细胞在臂旁核内有着广泛的分布,并提示它们可能在臂旁核参与对血压、心血管活动、内脏感觉传递等生理活动的调节中起重要作用。
The distribution of somatostatin mRNA positive neurons in the parabrachial nucleus was studied by in situ hybridization histochemistry. The somatostatin mRNA positive cells mainly located in the parabrachiar lateral nucleus, parabrachial medial parabrachia, dorsal parabrachial parabrachialis and parabrachial nucleus, with the largest number in the lateral parabrachial nucleus. Somatostatin mRNA positive neurons are fusiform and oval with a diameter of about 7 ~ 20μm. Cytoplasm have varying intensity blue hybridization reagents. The results show that somatostatin cells are widely distributed in the parabrachial nucleus and suggest that they may play an important role in the regulation of physiological activities such as blood pressure, cardiovascular activity and visceral sensory transmission in the parabrachial nucleus.
