今天,联合国贸易与发展会议在这里举行《1994年世界投资报告:跨国公司、就业与工作环境》首发式。《1994年世界投资报告》是跨国公司与投资国的研究成果,是分析跨国公司和对外直接投资发展系列年度报告的第四本。 这一新的研究成果十分重要,不仅因为跨国公司对全球所作出的量上的影响极为重要,更为重要的是跨国公司在广泛的全球化进程中发挥的作用越来越大。跨国公司在母公司与其国外分支机构关系方面所采取的战略是理解全球化进展的核心问题。
Today, the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development held here the launch of the “World Investment Report 1994: Transnational Corporations, Employment, and Work Environment”. The “World Investment Report 1994” is a research result of multinational corporations and investment countries, and it is the fourth of a series of annual reports on the development of transnational corporations and foreign direct investment. This new research result is very important, not only because the quantitative impact of transnational corporations on the world is extremely important, but more importantly, the role of transnational corporations in the process of extensive globalization has been increasing. The strategy adopted by multinational corporations in the relationship between the parent company and its foreign branches is the core issue for understanding the progress of globalization.
