目的督查黔南地区医疗机构输血科的设置及建设情况,规范临床用血管理,确保临床用血安全。方法根据《贵州省输血科(血库)、储血室基本标准》对黔南地区12个县市33家医院输血科设置、制度建设、硬件配置、人员配置、质量控制、制度执行情况等方面进行现场督查。结果 33家医疗机构输血科室设置、基本配置、制度建设、制度执行管理方面,三级医院较为规范3家,二级医院及民营医院输血科的建设及临床用血管理不容乐观33家[1]。结论本地区医院管理层的思想观念陈旧、对“输血医学”专业的认识不够。须改变思想观念,提高对输血安全的认识,加强对输血科人才培养及加大对输血科的基础设施建设投入,以确保临床用血安全。
Objective To supervise the establishment and construction of blood transfusion department in medical institutions in southern Guizhou, to standardize clinical blood management and ensure the safety of clinical blood supply. Methods According to the “Basic Standards of Blood Transfusion Unit and Blood Bank” in Guizhou Province, the settings of blood transfusion department, system construction, hardware configuration, staffing, quality control and system implementation in 33 hospitals in 12 counties and cities in southern Guizhou Site inspection. Results In 33 medical institutions, blood transfusion department establishment, basic configuration, system construction and system implementation management were as follows: Grade 3 hospitals were more standardized and 33 were not optimistic for the construction of blood transfusion department and clinical blood management in secondary hospitals and private hospitals [1] . Conclusion The hospital management in this area has obsolete ideas and not enough understanding of “transfusion medicine”. It is necessary to change the concept of thinking, improve understanding of blood transfusion safety, strengthen personnel training in transfusion department and increase investment in infrastructure construction of transfusion department so as to ensure clinical blood safety.
