在我国以雄激素治疗再生障碍性贫血,已广泛被人接受,疗效是肯定的。天津中医学院曾用扩散盒培养粒单祖细胞的方法证实雄激素使 GM-CFU_D 增加,且以康力龙比其它药物增加 GM-CFU_D 为最多。但对雄激素的疗愈原理却很少讨论,有鉴于此,我们复习了文献的材料,报道如下。在我所调查正常人血象时,发现儿童和老人的红细胞、血红蛋白的值,男和女性无大差别。唯独在青壮年,男性的显著高于女性,也即在生育期,性激素活动期红细胞增多。
In our country androgen treatment of aplastic anemia, has been widely accepted, the effect is yes. Tianjin Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine has used diffusion boxes cultured granulocyte progenitor cells confirmed by androgen to increase GM-CFU_D, and to Conrol than other drugs to increase GM-CFU_D for the most. However, the principle of androgen therapy is rarely discussed, in view of this, we review the literature materials, reported as follows. In my survey of normal blood, I found that children and the elderly red blood cells, hemoglobin value, there is no big difference between men and women. Only in young adults, men were significantly higher than women, that is, during the reproductive period, sex hormone activity of red blood cells increased.
