以犬复制心肌缺血再灌的病理模型。分为人参二醇组皂甙治疗组(PDG)及生理盐水对照组(CG)。定时测定平均动脉血压(MBP)、心输出量(CO)及总外周阻力(TPVR)。应用荧光法测定血清去甲肾上腺素(NE)含量。结果表明:①MBP,于缺血再灌后两组均波动于实验前水平,组间比较无差异;②CO,CG随再灌时间延长呈进行性下降,tyPDG则维持于实验前水平,再灌120、240minPDG显著高于CG;③TPVR,CG随再灌时间延长明显增高,PDG则波动于实验前水平,再灌120、240min均显著低于CG;④血清NE含量,CG随再灌时间延长而进行性增加,PDG则保持在实验前水平,再灌240min显著低于CG;⑤相关检验表明,NE与TPVR呈明显正相关关系,而与CO则呈明显负相关。由此可见,人参二醇组皂甙可以通过保护心功能,达到抗心肌缺血再灌损伤的作用。
Pathological model of myocardial ischemia reperfusion in dogs. Divided into panaxdiol saponin group (PDG) and saline control group (CG). Mean arterial blood pressure (MBP), cardiac output (CO), and total peripheral resistance (TPVR) were measured at regular intervals. Serum noradrenaline (NE) levels were measured by fluorescence. The results showed that: 1 MBP was fluctuating in pre-experimental levels after ischemia and reperfusion, and there was no difference between the two groups; 2 CO and CG were progressively decreased with prolonged reperfusion time, tyPDG was maintained at the pre-experimental level, and reperfusion was performed 120 , 240min PDG was significantly higher than CG; 3TPVR, CG with reperfusion time prolonged significantly increased, PDG fluctuates at pre-experimental levels, reperfusion 120,240 min were significantly lower than CG; 4 serum NE content, CG with reperfusion time extended With increasing sex, PDG remained at the pre-experimental level, and 240 min after reperfusion was significantly lower than CG. 5 Correlation tests showed that NE was positively correlated with TPVR, but negatively correlated with CO. This shows that the Panaxadiol saponins can protect heart function and achieve anti-ischemic reperfusion injury.
