在开展农村公路工程管理时,需要将工作的重点放在质量管理以及进度管理两方面,在管理过程中应当结合农村实际情况,做到因地制宜,以使进度和质量管理工作更有效果。本文针对农村公路项目的质量以及进度控制要点来分别展开分析。
When carrying out the management of rural highway projects, the work needs to be focused on both quality management and progress management. In the management process, the actual conditions in rural areas should be combined with measures to local conditions in order to make progress and quality management more effective. This article analyzes the quality of rural road projects and the main points of schedule control.
