新课程教学改革强调学生的主体地位,倡导自主、合作、探究的学习方式,提倡发现问题、提出问题、解决问题的科学创新精神,形成动手操作、学以致用的实践能力。学校借鉴目标教学法、成功教育和“先学后教、当堂训练”等教学模式的优点,分析总结推出了适合本校本土实际、适合新教材编排特点、适合本校师生学习实际的全新教学模式,也就是以课堂学习目标为引领、以学生自主探索为主体、以随堂检测为手段的“目标随测导学法”教学模式。
