【目的】 研究 2~ 6岁集体儿童不同年龄、性别与血清锌、铁、铜、钙、锰、铝 6种元素的关系。 【方法】 采用电感耦合高频等离子体发射光谱仪 (ICP -AES)对血清 6种元素的含量进行测定。 【结果】 该地区 2~ 6岁集体儿童血清中除锌的含量差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,其它元素含量在不同性别之间差异均无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。 【结论】 在不同年龄儿童之间血清中元素含量存在着一定差异
【Objective】 To study the relationship between 6-year-old children of different ages, genders and serum zinc, iron, copper, calcium, manganese and aluminum. 【Method】 The contents of six elements in serum were determined by ICP-AES. 【Result】 The results showed that there was significant difference (P <0.01) in serum zinc level among children aged 2 ~ 6 years and no significant difference in other elements (P> 0.05) ). 【Conclusion】 There are some differences in the serum elemental contents between children of different ages
