目的:分析心理护理对高血压性心脏病患者的护理效果。方法:选取2015年10月—2016年11月吉林农业大学医院收治的高血压性心脏病患者64例,随机分为观察组和对照组各32例,其中观察组患者在常规护理基础上采用心理护理,对照组患者仅采用常规护理,对比两组患者护理效果。结果:观察组患者的SAS评分以及SDS评分均优于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,数据显示统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:对高血压性心脏病患者进行心理护理,能够有效提高患者的护理依从度,降低患者焦虑忧郁等负面情绪,提高患者护理满意度,值得临床推广使用。
Objective: To analyze the effect of psychological nursing on patients with hypertensive heart disease. Methods: Sixty-four patients with hypertensive heart disease admitted to Jilin Agricultural University Hospital from October 2015 to November 2016 were randomly divided into observation group (32 cases) and control group (32 cases). Patients in observation group were treated with psychology Nursing, control group of patients using only routine care, compared two groups of patients nursing effect. Results: The SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were better than the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group. The data showed statistical difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: Psychological nursing for patients with hypertensive heart disease can effectively improve patient compliance, reduce anxiety and depression and other negative emotions, improve patient satisfaction, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
