目的研究分析以临床工作过程为主线实施外科护理教学的应用效果。方法选取本校护理专业2012级的120例学生作为主要的研究对象,将学生随机分为对照组以及研究组,各组学生60例。对照组使用校内专任教师任教的传统教学模式;研究组则使用以“临床工作过程”为主线的外科护理教学模式。在完成教学之后,使用自行设计的问卷对两组学生进行调查,进一步有效的总结分析外科护理教学跟临床结合情况。结果研究组学生效果明显优于对照组,两组差异显著,具有显著统计学意义(P<005)。结论对学生使用以临床工作过程为主线的外科护理教学模式,可以促使学生学习兴趣提高,促使学生的学习更加贴近实际工作要求,并且从根本上满足实际岗位的需要。
Objective To study and analyze the application of surgical nursing teaching based on the clinical work process. Methods A total of 120 students at 2012 level in nursing specialty of our university were selected as the main research subjects. The students were randomly divided into control group and study group with 60 students in each group. The control group used the traditional teaching mode taught by the full-time teachers in the school; the research group used the surgical nursing teaching mode based on the “clinical procedure”. After the completion of teaching, using self-designed questionnaire survey of two groups of students to further effectively analyze the combination of surgical nursing teaching and clinical situation. Results The effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <005). Conclusions The use of surgical nursing teaching mode, which takes the clinical work process as the main line, can promote students’ interest in learning, make students learn closer to the actual work requirements, and meet the actual needs of the job fundamentally.
