四川水资源极其丰富,但分布不均,广大地区还常受干旱威胁,严重影响工农业生产发展。对四川水利规划,特别是四川腹地水利规划曾进行过很多方案研究,但因问题比较复杂,工程规模大,投资多,迄今还没有意见一致的规划方案。本文作者提出“三条都江堰”的设想方案,本刊予以登载,供从事和热心于四川水利规划同志的参考。
Sichuan is extremely rich in water resources, but its distribution is uneven. The vast area is also often threatened by drought, seriously affecting the industrial and agricultural production and development. There have been many program studies on water conservancy planning in Sichuan, especially on the water conservancy planning in the hinterland of Sichuan Province. However, due to the complicated problems, large-scale projects and large investment, so far there is no unified planning plan. The author of this paper proposes the idea of “Three Dujiangyan Provinces”, which is published for reference of comrades engaged in and enthusiastic about Sichuan Water Conservancy Planning.
