采用美国SLT接触式Nd：YAG激光治疗仪经尿道治疗前列腺增生症（BPH）106例。结果：有效手术时间为50～150min，平均85min，术中均未输血。均于术后6～24h停止冲洗膀胱，3～7d拔除尿道内气囊导尿管，7～14d拔除膀胱造瘘管，出院。106例中96例治愈，有效率为90．57％。并结合接触式激光治疗的机制讨论治疗BPH的优点及临床经验，认为经尿道接触式激光治疗体积小的前列腺增生疗效满意，且对组织损伤小，出血少，并发症少，恢复快。
106 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) were transurethrally treated with American SLT contact Nd: YAG laser. Results: The effective operation time was 50 ~ 150min, average 85min, no blood transfusion in operation. Urine bladder was removed 6 to 24 hours after operation, balloon catheter was removed within 3 to 7 days, bladder fistula was removed from 7 to 14 days and discharged. 96 cases were cured in 106 cases, the effective rate was 90.57%. Combined with the mechanism of contact laser treatment to discuss the advantages and clinical experience of treatment of BPH, that transurethral contact laser treatment of small volumes of benign prostatic hyperplasia with satisfactory results, and less tissue damage, less bleeding, fewer complications and faster recovery.
