目的探讨单纯性肥胖对男性幼儿生理生化指标的影响。方法回顾性分析2012年5月-2015年10月在广州市番禺区何贤纪念医院接受体检或治疗的500例1~3周岁单纯性肥胖男性幼儿的临床资料,同时选取同期在该院接受体检的200例健康男性幼儿作为对照组。对比分析两组幼儿的血脂、血糖、胰岛素、免疫球蛋白及皮质醇水平。结果与对照组幼儿相比,单纯性肥胖男性幼儿的血清胰岛素与皮质醇水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);并且单纯性肥胖组的甘油三脂、胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白水平均显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);此外,男性单纯性肥胖患儿的免疫球蛋白水平包括免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)和免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与健康幼儿相比,单纯性肥胖男性幼儿容易发生脂质代谢和糖代谢紊乱,甚至出现免疫功能受损,是影响幼儿生长发育的主要因素。
Objective To investigate the effect of simple obesity on physiological and biochemical indexes in young male children. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 500 young and obese male children aged 1-3 years old receiving physical examination or treatment at He Xian Memorial Hospital, Panyu District, Guangzhou from May 2012 to October 2015. At the same time, 200 healthy male children as control group. The levels of blood lipids, blood glucose, insulin, immunoglobulin and cortisol were compared between two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of serum insulin and cortisol in the children with simple obesity were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05), and the triglycerides, cholesterol and low (P <0.05). In addition, the level of immunoglobulin in the male with simple obesity included immunoglobulin G (IgG), immunoglobulin A (IgA) and Immunoglobulin M (IgM) levels were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with healthy children, simple obese male toddlers prone to lipid metabolism and glucose metabolism disorder, and even immune dysfunction, is the main factor affecting the growth and development of children.
