本文对夏秋季节≤3100、≤3800和≤4500m三种海拔高度污水进行细菌总数及种类的调查,经t和x2检验.三种海拔高度之间细菌总数相差不显著(p>0.05);三种海拔检出的细菌除≤3800m的绿脓杆菌与另两组相差特别显著外(p<0.01).其它细菌与海拔高度无关;三种海拔高度之间细菌总阳性检出率相差不显著(p>0.05)。说明夏秋季节在≤4500m海拔高度的污水,除绿脓杆菌外,海拔高度对细菌生长繁殖没有影响。
In this paper, the summer and autumn seasons of ≤ 3100, ≤ 3800 and ≤ 4500m three kinds of altitude sewage total bacterial count and species survey, the t and x2 test. There was no significant difference (p> 0.05) in the total number of bacteria between the three altitudes (p> 0.05). The three kinds of bacteria except P. aeruginosa ≤3800m were significantly different from the other two groups (p <0.01). Other bacteria had no relationship with altitude. The difference of total positive detection rate of bacteria was not significant (P> 0.05) among the three altitudes. Explain the summer and autumn in the ≤ 4500m altitude sewage, in addition to Pseudomonas aeruginosa, the altitude has no effect on bacterial growth and reproduction.
