我国紫胶产区在每年收胶时把砍下的寄主树枝条大多废弃在胶林内,未能得到很好的利用。为了提高紫胶生产的经济效益,开发利用紫胶寄主树枝资源,也为食用菌的人工栽培开辟新的天然材料来源,我们在所部进行了利用寄主树枝栽培食用菌的试验。该项试验未见有同类报道。一、材料和方法我们选用秧青(Dalbergia szemaoe-nsis Prain)、马鹿花(Pueraria wallichiiDc),大叶千斤拔[Moghamia macroph-ylla(Willd)]的枝条直径5cm以下,晒干截成5~20cm长的短节,稻草截成5cm长的短节,不粉碎。将三种寄主树枝条各设置2个处理:枝条:稻草=3:2,枝条:稻草=
China’s shellac production area in the annual collection of plastic cut the host tree branches mostly abandoned in the plastic forest, failed to be well utilized.
