“新红1号”苹果是从新疆阿克苏市红旗坡农场二分场的“长富2号”中选育出的短枝型芽变新品种,2009年1月通过新疆林木良种审定委员会认定。果实呈圆锥形或近圆形,平均单果重251.9g,最大单果重519.6g。果皮底色淡黄色,果面着片状鲜红色。果肉黄白色,肉质细、松脆,汁液中多,风味甜酸适口,含可溶性固形物16.20%,可溶性糖13.60%,可滴定酸0.25%。果实去皮硬度11.64kg/cm2。植株树势中庸,为短枝型品种,早果性和丰产性较
