调查北京市16份水样,均检出有噬菌蛭弧菌。各水样的噬菌蛭弧菌数量及对7种革兰氏阴性细菌的裂解范围有明显差异。水样中的噬菌蛭弧菌对所试宿主菌的混合悬液或陆续加入的不同菌液,均有明显净化作用。
Investigation of 16 samples in Beijing, were detected with Bdellovibrio. The number of Bdellovibrio strains in each water sample and the extent of lysis of seven Gram-negative bacteria were significantly different. Bateria in water samples of the host bacteria to be tested mixed suspension or gradually added to different bacterial liquid, have significant purification.
