1999年初以来,我们把认真贯彻落实国务院颁布的《医疗机构管理条例》和卫生部、公安部《关于清理整顿非法医疗机构,严厉打击“医托”违法活动的通知》的精神,把全县社会办医疗机构的清理整顿工作放在首位,并作为“重头戏”来唱,加大力度,强化措施,利用一个半月的时间,对全县社会办医疗机构进行了全面、认真地清理整顿,取得了显著成效。共清理整顿各类社会办医疗机构967家,其中:村卫生室589个,村个体诊所316个,乡镇街道诊所26个,城镇街道诊所30
Since the beginning of 1999, we have conscientiously implemented the “Regulations on the Management of Medical Institutions” promulgated by the State Council, and the “Notice on Clearing up and Rectifying Illegal Medical Institutions and Severely Cracking down on Illegal Medical Activities” issued by the Ministry of Public Health and Ministry of Public Security. The work of cleaning up and rectifying medical institutions was put in the first place, and they were sang as “emphasis”, intensifying their efforts, strengthening measures, and using one and a half months to comprehensively and seriously clean up and rectify the social organizations run by the county. Significant results. A total of 967 medical institutions have been cleaned up and rectified. Among them: 589 village clinics, 316 village clinics, 26 township clinics, and 30 town clinics.
