在硫酸介质并有聚乙烯醇存在下,磷钼矾杂多酸与结晶紫形成可溶性紫色离子缔合物,勿需分离镍,可于水相中直接用光度法测定磷。在拟定条件下,电解镍中其他元素和20微克的硅、砷对磷的测定无影响。方法简单、快速、准确、灵敏。主要试剂钼矾酸混合液:取26毫升4%钼酸铵(超纯试剂或精制品)溶液与14毫升0.2%偏钒酸铵
Phosphomolybdic acid heteropoly acid and crystal violet form soluble purple ion complex in the presence of sulfuric acid medium and polyvinyl alcohol, without separation of nickel, the phosphorus can be directly measured photometrically in the aqueous phase. Under the proposed conditions, the other elements of electrolytic nickel and 20 micrograms of silicon, arsenic had no effect on the determination of phosphorus. The method is simple, fast, accurate and sensitive.
