在我们区实行大学区管理的几年里,我觉得自己在专业成长的道路上快乐的呼吸着,汲取着这片天空下的每一份营养。大学区教学资源的共享,实现了每一个成员的高效和共赢,同时也增进了彼此间的情感,让我们感受到家的温暖与和谐。每一次考试后坐在一起共同交流,让我们把大家在教学中共同存在的问题摆在桌面上剖析并解决,缓解了我们在工作中的压力。工作中随时遇到问题,在QQ群中提出就必定有友爱的声音响起,幸福和快乐总
