建筑工程的快速发展使得工程造价成本问题日益引起人们的关注,越来越多的设计者为满足建筑单位对设计成果的要求而逐渐忽视了工程的经济效益。本文分析了工程造价成本控制存在的主要问题,提出树立建筑设计过程中的成本控制意识、建立动态管理模式、合理的设计周期等相应解决方案,又提出了建筑设计阶段工程造价成本控制的方法。
Due to the rapid development of construction projects, the cost of construction projects has drawn increasing attention. More and more designers have gradually neglected the economic benefits of construction projects to meet the requirements of construction units. This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the cost control of construction cost, puts forward the solutions to establish the awareness of cost control in the process of building design, establishes the dynamic management mode and reasonable design cycle, and puts forward the method of engineering cost control in the construction design stage.
