我的老家在河北省河间市,那里除了金丝小枣、鸭梨外,就属驴肉火烧有名了。据说,河间的驴肉火烧已经有好几百年的历史了,比陕西的肉夹馍和山东的炊饼还悠久。
My hometown is in Hejian City, Hebei Province. Besides Jinsixiaozao and Yali pear, it is famous for the donkey meat. It is said that the donkey fire between the rivers has been known for hundreds of years, and it is still longer than Shaanxi’s Rougao and Shandong’s loquat cakes.
