过去,我们只对国产汽轮机的转速、轴向位移、相对膨胀、绝对膨膨、偏心度、振动、温度、压力等一些参数进行测量监视和投保护,而对汽轮机升速率是不能作测量的。机组在起动时是完全靠汽轮机司机的工作经验来升速的。这样显然是很不准确而又不可靠的。随着国产机组自动化水平的不断提高,就对汽机升速率的测量提出了强烈的要求。因此,我们最近设计了一种升速率测量装置,并已研制成功。经试验达到了设计要求,效果很好,适应了国产机组自动化和安全监视的要求。现将研制设计情况介绍如下:
In the past, we only measured and monitored the parameters such as the rotational speed, axial displacement, relative expansion, absolute expansion, eccentricity, vibration, temperature, pressure of domestic steam turbines, and did not measure the rate of turbine ascending speed. The unit was started up completely by the steam turbine driver’s work experience to speed up. This is obviously very inaccurate and unreliable. With the continuous improvement of the automation level of domestic units, a strong request is made for the measurement of the rate of ascent of the steam turbine. Therefore, we recently designed a rate-of-rise measurement device that has been successfully developed. The test has reached the design requirements, the effect is very good, adapted to the requirements of the automation and safety monitoring of domestic units. Now the design and development of the introduction are as follows:
