目前,我们一些课堂教学的状况令人担忧,不少学生在课堂上处于压抑状态,犹如学习的旁观者,课堂上看不到他们的积极参与,宝贵的时间从身边悄然流逝。如何提高的教学效益,无疑是摆在我们面前的一个重要的课题。无论是从理论上还是从实践上,我深刻的感受到老师对学生教的越多,提供给学生主动获取知识、思考和行动的机会就越少,教学过程的活力和效益就越低。教学既然是教师和学生的双边活动,没有学生积极主动的参与,就谈不上教学质量的提高。如何让学生主动地参与教学过程呢?
At present, some of our class teaching is a worrying situation. Many students are in a state of depression in the classroom, just like learning bystanders. Their active participation in the classroom can not be seen. Valuable time passes quietly around them. How to improve the teaching effectiveness is undoubtedly an important issue before us. Whether in theory or in practice, I deeply feel that the more teachers teach students, the fewer opportunities for students to take the initiative to acquire knowledge, thinking and action, the less the vitality and effectiveness of the teaching process. Teaching since it is a bilateral activity of teachers and students, without the active participation of students, it can not mention the improvement of teaching quality. How to make students take the initiative to participate in the teaching process?
