目的研究机动卫勤分队如何适应当前实战化训练需求,不断提升军事基础能力。方法总结和分析目前机动卫勤分队开展军事综合训练存在的问题,结合在军医大学综合演练和机动卫勤分队基地化训练中开展军事综合训练的实践和体会,提出组织实施军事综合训练的基本方法。结果扎实搞好军事基础单课目训练、精心设计军事综合训练内容和严密组织军事综合训练实施是解决问题的关键。结论客观认识机动卫勤分队开展军事综合训练存在的问题,采取有效方法,可提高机动卫勤分队军事基础能力。
Objective To study how the mobile medical units can adapt to the current actual combat training needs and constantly upgrade their military capabilities. Methods To summarize and analyze the existing problems of comprehensive military training for mobile medical units, and to combine the practice and understanding of comprehensive military training in the comprehensive training of military medical colleges and the basic training of mobile medical units, and put forward the basic methods of organizing and implementing military comprehensive training . Results The key to solving problems is to do a good job in training the single-subject military subjects, elaborately design military comprehensive training contents and strictly organize comprehensive military training. Conclusion Objective understanding of the problems existing in the comprehensive military training for mobile health units and taking effective measures can improve the military basic capabilities of the mobile medical units.
