曾几何时,校园报刊市场被社会发行力量筑起牢牢的壁垒。然而近两年来,江西省九江市邮政局通过实施校园报刊区域代理发行模式,取得了较好的成绩。2006年该局成功收订校园报刊4.1万份,流转额达到60余万元,实现纯收入10万元;2007年一季度收订校园报刊1.71万份,流转额达22.1万元,使校园报刊发行业务成为新的亮点。
