我科于1984年以来对321例患者共452个残根残冠进行了治疗,然后将其修复。经过四年多随访,有较满意疗效,现介绍如下: 临床资料本组321例,男203例、女118例。以20～40岁最多。前牙143个,双尖牙66个,磨牙243个,共452个。全冠修复201个,桩冠修复209个,嵌体修复22个,核桩冠修复20个。一、适应症:牙根稳固,根长应≥冠长。根尖部病变不超过根尖1/3,并经X线片证实经根管治疗后病变已修复者。牙齿松动在Ⅱ~0以内,无牙槽骨吸收或吸
A total of 452 residual canals from 321 patients were treated in our department since 1984 and then repaired.
