我场於1955年3月17日会用尿浸种10分钟和尿浸18时2分钟两种处理,结果:尿浸10分钟的秧苗比用黄泥水选种、盐水选种、盐水浸种及石灰水选种均好,表现秧长、叶宽、分蘖多;而用尿浸18小时2分的种谷,催芽期就全部霉烂掉。因此,我们认为用尿浸种,只能时间较短而不能时间太长。我县二区梅源乡第一农业社王其维社长也说,他从1953—1955年用人尿浸种,共浸了3年,每年浸种时间最多不超过2小时;浸时过久,很易引起烂种和烂秧。
