随着顶岗实习这一创新的顶岗实习平台的产生和发展,党建工作如何有效开展,以解决我国当前大学生就业难和离职率之前的矛盾,增强其“嫁接”社会能力,便成了重点课题。本文从人才嫁接视角出发,寻找顶岗实习过程中党建工作存在的问题,并从校企共谋、校企共建和校企公举三个方面阐述了创新党建工作的具体形式和方式。
With the emergence and development of internship as an innovative internship platform, how to effectively carry out the work of party building in order to solve the current employment difficulties and the turnover rate of our college students before the conflict, and enhance their “grafting” social competence, it has become the focus Question. This paper, from the perspective of talent grafting, tries to find out the problems existing in party building during the internship of posts and describes the concrete forms and ways of innovating the party building from three aspects: school-enterprise cooperation, school-enterprise cooperation and school-enterprise public conduct.
