为应对市场下行压力,实现企业脱困转型,鞍钢集团攀钢公司结合企业实际,于2015年3月主动关停了攀钢集团成都钢钒有限公司的高炉、转炉和棒线材机组,压减炼铁产能180万吨、炼钢产能170万吨、棒线材产能125万吨。目前,攀成钢正利用产能关停后的土地、厂房等存量资源,发展现代城市服务产业,打造高端无缝管精品制造基地,实施转型发展。
