研究采用10GyX线头部照射去肾上腺雄性大鼠动物模型,观察血清LH、FSH和睾丸嗣(TS)水平及睾丸cAMP含量变化。其结果证实,去肾上腺雄性穴鼠垂体—性腺轴功能低下。经10GyX线头部照射后第1天,血清LH和FSH(P<0.01)水平降低,与正常大鼠头部照射后第1天变化基本一致。但是,照射后第2天二者都趋于增高(P>0.05),这可能与下丘脑CRF和GnRH两种神经元相互作用有关。而照射后第1天和第2天,血清TS(P<0.01)水平和睾丸cAMP(P<0.05)含量皆增高,其变化可能与皮质类固醇激素分泌缺乏直接影响睾丸内分泌功能或与睾丸本身的自我调节有关。
The animal models of adrenal gland male rats were irradiated with 10 Gy X-rays. The levels of serum LH, FSH, and testicular tendon (TS) and the cAMP content in testis were observed. As a result, it was confirmed that the pituitary-gonadal axis of the adrenal male quill was poorly functioned. The level of serum LH and FSH (P<0.01) decreased on the first day after irradiation with 10 GyX head, which was basically the same as that on the first day after irradiation of the head of normal rats. However, on the 2nd day after irradiation, both tend to increase (P>0.05), which may be related to the interaction between the hypothalamus CRF and GnRH neurons. On day 1 and day 2 after irradiation, serum TS (P<0.01) and testosterone cAMP (P<0.05) levels increased, and changes may be related to lack of corticosteroid secretion directly affect testicular endocrine function or to the testes themselves.
