宣讲是农民培训工作的重要形式,是科技人员向农民宣传新的生活理念、新的管理办法,推广新品种、新技术的有效方法。随着农业实用技术、阳光工程、农民创业、培育职业农民等培训项目的实施,迫切需要一批懂技术、有专长、会宣讲的科技人员。在农民培训过程中,如何达到预期的宣讲效果,笔者认为,应该从以下几方面来把握。
Preaching is an important form of training for peasants. It is an effective way for science and technology personnel to promote new concepts of life and new management practices to farmers and promote new varieties and technologies. With the implementation of such practical training programs as agricultural practical technology, Sunshine Engineering, peasant entrepreneurship and the cultivation of professional peasants, there is an urgent need for a group of scientific and technical personnel who understand technology, have expertise and will preach. In the process of peasant training, how to achieve the expected effect of preaching, I believe that should grasp from the following aspects.
