材料与方法 胸内异位肾罕见,易误为胸内肿瘤而做不必要的剖胸手术。今报告我院CT检查1例并复习文献搜集16例进行分析: 患者,男,9岁。胸透发现右膈上方有一椭圆形肿块影,侧位观察此肿块影位于下胸部内后侧,与胸椎重叠。即行胸腹部CT检查:ScoutView定位相见右膈上方有一5×10cm大小实质性肿块影,呈横位半月状紧处于右横膈上,基底部宽,上缘光滑锐利。平扫见肿块中心有数个
