目的对中药白英(Solanum lyratum Thunb.)的化学成分进行研究。方法采用正相硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱及制备薄层等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质以及光谱数据,对得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从白英全草60%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部位分离得到12个单体化合物,分别鉴定为N-顺式阿魏酰酪胺(1)、N-反式阿魏酰酪胺(2)、N-反式阿魏酰奥克巴胺(3)、尿苷(4)、尿嘧啶(5)、胸苷(6)、β-吲哚羧基酸(7)、木兰苷6-甲氧基-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡糖香豆素苷(8)、1-O-β-D-葡糖吡喃糖基-(2S,3R,4E,8Z)-2-[(2-羟基十六酰)酪胺]-4,8-十八碳二烯基-1,3-二醇(9)、1-O-β-D-葡糖吡喃糖基-(2S,3R,4E,8E)-2-[(2-羟基十六酰)酪胺]-4,8-十八碳二烯基-1,3-二醇(10)、薯蓣皂苷元(11)、薯蓣皂苷元-3-O-α-L-鼠李吡喃糖基-(1→2)-β-D-葡糖苷酸糖醛酸甲酯(12)。结论化合物4、5、6、7、9为首次从茄属植物中分离得到,化合物8为首次从该种植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Solanum lyratum Thunb. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by normal phase silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and preparative TLC. The structures of the obtained compounds were identified by their physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results Twelve monomer compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of 60% ethanol extract of Allium urophylla and identified as N-cis-ferulicotylamine (1), N-trans-ferulic acid tyramide (2), N- Trans ferulate, octocrylene (3), uridine (4), uracil (5), thymidine (6), β-indole carboxylic acid (7) O-β-D-glucopyranosyl- (2S, 3R, 4E, 8Z) -2 - [(2- Hydroxyhexadecanoyl) tyramine] -4,8-octadecadienyl-1,3-diol (9), 1 -O- β-D-glucopyranosyl- (2S, 3R, 4E, 8E) -2 - [(2-hydroxyhexanoyl) tyramine] -4,8- octadecadienyl- 1,3-diol (10), diosgenin (11), diosgenin 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl- (1 → 2) -β-D-glucuronide uronic acid methyl ester (12). Conclusion Compounds 4, 5, 6, 7 and 9 were isolated from Solanum for the first time. Compound 8 was isolated from this plant for the first time.
