技师学院是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,是提升全民族技能素质培养现代化急需高技能人才的重要阵地,是促进经济发展、就业充分、社会和谐、科技进步、文化传承的强大生力军。技师学院主要培养应用型人才,并将技师学院人才培养目标进一步定位为培养复合型、创新型高技能人才,将技师学院人才培养规格定位为“丰富的知识,熟练的技能,健康的人格”。
The technician college is an important part of higher education in our country and is an important front for enhancing the skills and qualities of the entire nation in cultivating the urgent need of highly skilled personnel in modernization. It is also a powerful force promoting economic development, full employment, social harmony, scientific and technological progress and cultural heritage. The technician college mainly cultivates applied talents and further targets the training of technician college talents to cultivate compound and innovative high-skilled personnel, positioning the personnel training specification of technician college as “rich knowledge, skilled skills, healthy personality ”.
