为了改善新型海底管道连接器的密封性能,给出了一种连接器关键结构参数的优化方法.论述了连接器的结构形式和工作原理,建立了以连接器接触压力方差最小化和最大塑性应变最小化为目标的多目标优化模型,运用径向基函数法建立了目标函数、约束变量与设计变量之间的数学模型,给出了连接器关键设计变量的确定方法,推导了临界接触压力均值的表达式.以某连接器为例,计算得到临界接触压力均值为370MPa,给出了影响密封性能的重要结构参数偏距与过盈量的优化方法,优化结果与有限元结果基本相同.最后对优化前后的连接器进行了对比实验,结果表明:优化后的连接器具有较高的承受内压与外载荷的能力,连接器的密封性能得到明显提高.
