介绍一种治疗尿道狭窄及闭锁的新器械并评价其疗效。方法 :用尿道旋切刀对 15例该类病人行尿道旋切治疗。结果 :所有病人术后均能通畅排尿 ,除 1例病人MFR为 11ml/s外 ,其余均在 15ml/s以上 ;仅 1例出现尿失禁 ,无勃起功能障碍。结论 :尿道旋切刀的应用使后尿道狭窄、尤其是后尿道闭锁的治疗变得简单、安全、有效。
Introduce a new device for the treatment of urethral stricture and atresia and evaluate its curative effect. Methods: 15 cases of such patients were treated with urethrotomy with urethral rotary knife. Results: All patients had clear urination after operation. Except for 1 patient, the MFR was 11ml / s, while the others were above 15ml / s. Only 1 patient had urinary incontinence and had no erectile dysfunction. Conclusion: The urethral rotary knife makes the posterior urethral stricture, especially the treatment of posterior urethral atresia, simple, safe and effective.
