长三角区域内港口之间的竞争,难免造成港口资源的浪费、过度建设或闲置等恶性结果,因此国外港口群都相继采用不同的合作手段,共享资源、错位发展,从而增强整体竞争实力,将内部竞争逐步转化为针对其他港口群的竞争。国外港口群建设的成功经验以及我国港口群面临无序竞争的状态,让我们不得不反思港口群内港口竞争与合作的问题。
The competition among the ports in the Yangtze River Delta will inevitably lead to the vicious result of waste, over-construction or idleness of port resources. Therefore, foreign port groups all adopt different means of cooperation one after another, sharing resources and dislocation development, thereby enhancing the overall competitive strength. Internal competition gradually translates into competition for other port groups. The successful experience of overseas port group construction and the state of our country’s ports facing the disorderly competition make us have to reflect on the port competition and cooperation in the port group.
