1999-2005年,中国累计引进技术近5万项,合同总金额超过1000亿美元,技术费达623亿美元; 中国技术引进所支出费用逐年增加,2005年达到118．3亿美元; 中国主要的技术债主中,2005年欧盟以47．6％稳居第一,最大卖方国家是日本; 国有企业占据引进技术金额的一半,成为最大买家,而民营企业仅约占2％。
From 1999 to 2005, China has imported a total of nearly 50,000 technologies with a total contract value of more than 100 billion U.S. dollars and a technical fee of 62.3 billion U.S. dollars. Expenditure of China’s technology importers has been increasing year by year to reach 11.83 billion U.S. dollars in 2005. China’s major Among technology creditors, the EU ranked first with 47.6% in 2005 and the largest seller country was Japan. State-owned enterprises accounted for half of the amount of the imported technology and became the largest buyer, while private-owned enterprises accounted for only about 2%.
