通过对成分不同的KHm所配制的油田钻井液降失水能力的比较试验,研究了助剂KHm对钻井液降失水的作用机理.指出,KHm中Na+的含量影响钻井液降失水的能力,适当增加KHm中Na+的含量不但可降低KHm的成本,提高HA含量,而且可提高钻井液降失水能力.
By comparing the ability of KHm with different compositions to reduce the loss of water in drilling fluids, the mechanism of KHm on drilling fluid loss caused by water loss was studied. It is pointed out that the content of Na + in KHm affects the capability of drilling fluid to reduce water loss. Appropriately increasing the content of Na + in KHm can not only reduce the cost of KHm, increase the content of HA, but also improve the fluid loss ability of drilling fluid.
