加强党的执政能力建设是新形势新任务下中国共产党所作出的战略决策。加强党的执政能力建设是时代的要求,人民的要求。对于中国共产党来说,执政能力建设是党执政后的一项根本性建设,所以,必须处理好党的建设与执政能力建设的关系。以执政能力建设为重点全面推进党的建设新的伟大工程,在加强党的建设的基础上全面提升党的执政能力。
To Strengthen the Building of the Party ’s Governing Ability is a Strategic Decision Made by the Communist Party of China under the New Situation and New Mission. Strengthening the building of the party’s ability to govern is the requirement of the times and the demands of the people. For the Chinese Communist Party, building the governing ability is a fundamental construction of the party after it takes power. Therefore, it is necessary to handle the relationship between the building of the party and the building of the governing capability. We should comprehensively promote the great new project of party building with a focus on the building of the governance capacity, and comprehensively enhance the administrative ability of the party on the basis of strengthening party building.
