基层财务主要用于完成基层各项任务和满足官兵的生活福利需要,与基层单位建设和人员的物质文化生活及福利待遇密切相关。基层财务管理工作是基层后勤工作的重要组成部分,基层财务工作搞得好与坏,直接影响武警部队后勤保障的质量,直接关系到武警部队战斗力的提高。搞好基层财务工作,对于保持官兵的生活稳定,保证基层单位各项工作的正常开展有着极其重要的作用。本文从理财的角度出发,结合武警部队的实际情况,从财务管理的现状,原因及提高管理效益三个方面谈几点浅显的看法。
Grass-roots finance is mainly used for the completion of various tasks at the grassroots level and to meet the needs of officers and men living welfare. It is closely related to the establishment of grass-roots units and the material and cultural life and welfare of personnel. Grassroots financial management is an important component of grassroots logistical work. Fundamental financial work is doing well and badly, and it directly affects the quality of logistic support for Armed Police forces, which is directly related to the improvement of the combat effectiveness of Armed Police. Doing a good job in grassroots financial work plays an extremely important role in maintaining the stability of the lives of officers and soldiers and in ensuring the normal operation of all the work of the grassroots units. This article from the perspective of financial management, combined with the actual situation of the Armed Police Force, from the status of financial management, causes and improve management efficiency of three aspects to talk about some simple views.
