研究了微量合金元素 Zr 和 V 对可加工 RE-Co 永磁合金组织和性能的影响。实验发现,联合添加微量 Zr 和 V 可使磁体在保持高 Br 的前提下具有较高的 H_(CB)。获得了(BH)_(max)(?)99kJ/m~3且可进行车削、钻孔和用内圆切割机切成厚为0.2mm 薄片的磁体。
The effects of trace alloying elements Zr and V on the machinability and properties of machinable RE-Co permanent magnetic alloys were investigated. It was found that adding a small amount of Zr and V in combination could make the magnet have higher H_ (CB) under the condition of keeping high Br. A (BH) _ (max) (?) 99 kJ / m ~ 3 was obtained and was able to be turned, drilled and cut into a 0.2 mm thick sheet with a circular cutter.
