如果说职业联赛是一条河,那俱乐部就是河上行驶的船,要是从船上胡乱向河里扔东西,这河就会污浊不堪。而我们国内联赛这条河里多少是有些污浊的。在2002年初的中国足球工作会议上,俱乐部制度建设不够健全和规范,联赛中存在的一些不正之风和不正当竞争及腐败现象,等问题被足协列为了2001年中国足球的重大问题。 2001年底发生的“裁判风波”,再也无法逃脱人们对“假球黑哨”的狂追猛打。当证据终于被司法者抓到手里时,“黑哨”立马现形,不过哨之所以变黑不是球员支使的,也不是球迷支使的,站在黑哨身后的恰恰是联赛的载体——俱乐部。
