目的研究冷空气活动对心脑血管疾病患者血液流变学指标的影响。方法选择甘肃省张掖市某社区心脑血管疾病患者30例和健康人群40例,于2011年3月份一次冷空气过境前和过境时测定其全血黏度(低切、中切、高切)、全血还原黏度(低切、高切)、血浆黏度以及红细胞聚集指数、刚性指数、变形指数、电泳指数等血液流变学指标,分析冷空气过境前后及两组间各指标水平差异。结果中等强度冷空气过境时,病例组人群全血黏度低切、中切值及全血还原黏度低切、高切值从过境前的11.2、6.3、21.6和7.9 mPa·S升高到12.5、6.7、23.2和8.9 mPa·S,对照组从9.5、5.4、21.5和7.9mPa·S上升到13.1、6.6、22.2和8.4 mPa·S;病例组人群红细胞聚集指数和刚性指数从过境前的3.1和5.4上升到3.4和6.1,对照组从2.2和4.6上升到3.1和5.8,病例组人群红细胞电泳指数从4.2上升到5.1,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。冷空气过境前,病例组人群全血黏度低切和中切值、红细胞聚集指数和刚性指数4项指标高于对照组(P<0.05);冷空气过境时,病例组人群全血还原黏度低切和高切值高于对照组,全血黏度低切值低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论冷空气活动对人体血液流变学指标产生一定影响,对心脑血管疾病患者的影响可能更大。
Objective To study the effect of cold air activity on hemorheology in patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Methods Thirty patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and 40 healthy people from a community in Zhangye City, Gansu Province were selected. Their whole blood viscosity (low, middle and high cut) before and during cold air transit in March 2011 were measured. The indexes of hemorheology, such as whole blood viscosity (low cut, high cut), plasma viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index, rigidity index, deformation index and electrophoresis index, were analyzed to analyze the difference of each index before and after cold air transit and between two groups. Results During the transit of medium intensity cold air, the whole blood viscosity low cut, medium cut and whole blood reduced viscosity of the case group were low, and the high cut value increased from 11.2, 6.3, 21.6 and 7.9 mPa · S before transit to 12.5, 6.7, 23.2 and 8.9 mPa · S, respectively. The control group increased from 9.5, 5.4, 21.5 and 7.9 mPa · S to 13.1, 6.6, 22.2 and 8.4 mPa · S respectively. In the case group, the erythrocyte aggregation index and rigidity index increased from 3.1 5.4 increased to 3.4 and 6.1, the control group increased from 2.2 and 4.6 to 3.1 and 5.8, and the erythrocyte electrophoresis index in case group increased from 4.2 to 5.1, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Cold air transit before the case group of patients with low blood viscosity and cut the value of whole blood, erythrocyte aggregation index and stiffness index 4 indicators higher than the control group (P <0.05); cold air transit, the case group of patients with low blood viscosity The cut and high cut values were higher than those of the control group, and the low shear viscosity of whole blood was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Cold air activity has certain influence on human hemorheology indexes, and may have greater impact on patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
