小鼠腹腔注射KCN造成脑缺氧、双侧结扎颈动脉造成脑缺血后再通血,TBA反应比色法测定脑组织脂质过氧化物(MDA)含量。实验结果表明,脑缺氧、缺血后再灌注脑组织MDA含量较正常对照组明显增高(P<0.05),当归、川芎嗪对脑缺氧、缺血后再灌注脑组织MDA增高有明显的抑制作用(p<0.01,p<0.05)。说明当归、川芎嗪合剂具有某种程度抗氧化、抑制自由基作用,从而减轻脑缺氧、缺血后再灌注损伤,起到治疗作用。
Intraperitoneal injection of KCN in mice caused cerebral hypoxia and bilateral ligation of the carotid artery to cause cerebral ischemia followed by blood transfusion. The TBA reaction colorimetric method was used to determine the content of lipid peroxide (MDA) in brain tissue. The experimental results showed that the content of MDA in brain tissue after cerebral hypoxia and ischemic reperfusion was significantly higher than that in normal control group (P<0.05). Angelica sinensis and ligustrazine showed significant increase in MDA in brain tissue after hypoxia and ischemic reperfusion. Inhibition (p<0.01, p<0.05). It shows that Angelica sinensis and Chuanxiongzine mixture have a certain degree of anti-oxidation, inhibition of free radicals, thereby reducing cerebral hypoxia, ischemia reperfusion injury, play a therapeutic role.
