石棉粉尘所致间皮瘤,是从事石棉作业者的一种特发性疾病,严重危害工人健康,已被公认无议,我国已将石棉所致胸膜间皮瘤列入职业性肿瘤名单之中,为研究温石棉与间皮瘤发病关系及规律,从而进一步强化石棉厂的劳动卫生及防治管理工作提供参考,现将我们经尸检病理确诊的首例胸膜间皮瘤患者报告如下。病历摘要方××,男性,28岁,入矿前为学生,无有毒有害接触史,1979年12月补员入矿,任矿山装运工,先后在井下担任运搬4年,长棉库房工3.67年,接尘工龄累计7.67年,以粉尘几何平均浓度折算,累积接尘剂量83.4622mg.yr。个人既往史
